A good confirmation message does four things: it says who you are, repeats what was ordered and the amount to pay in cash, shows the address so the customer can correct it, and asks for a one-key reply (1 or 2). Short replies get answered; open questions do not.

2. Reminder when there is no reply

Send it 12 to 24 hours after the first message. Most real customers answer the reminder; most fake orders never answer either.

4. Address is incomplete

Roman Urdu

{name}, aap ke order {order} ka address poora nahi hai. Meharbani kar ke ghar number, gali, mohalla aur koi qareebi nishani bhej dein taake parcel waqt par pohanch sake.

English

Hi {name}, the address on order {order} looks incomplete. Please send your house number, street, area and a nearby landmark so the courier can find you.

5. Order cancelled after no reply

{name}, jawab na milne ki wajah se order {order} cancel kar diya gaya hai. Agar aap ab bhi yeh order chahte hain to *1* bhej dein, hum dobara book kar dein ge.

Tips that cut fake orders

  • Ask for a number reply (1 or 2). It is quick to answer on a phone and easy for you to scan.
  • Repeat the cash amount. Customers who did not expect to pay that much cancel now instead of refusing the parcel later.
  • Book the courier only after "1". Hold no-replies for one reminder, then cancel.
  • Use a WhatsApp Business number for the shop so customers see your store name.
