Tap "Send on WhatsApp": your WhatsApp opens with the message ready, you press send. When the customer replies 1 or 2, set the status. Statuses are saved in this browser only.
How it works
Export or paste your orders
Shopify: Orders, Export, CSV for Excel. WooCommerce: any order export plugin. Facebook and Instagram sellers: copy rows from your Google Sheet, or use the one-order tab.
Send one message per order
Each order gets a WhatsApp button with the customer's name, items, total and address already written. Numbers like 0300-1234567 are fixed to the international format WhatsApp needs.
Book only confirmed orders
Mark replies as confirmed or cancelled, send a reminder to no-replies, then download the confirmed orders as a CSV for PostEx, Leopards, TCS, Trax or M&P bulk booking.
What it flags before you ship
Invalid numbers
Too short, too long or not a mobile number. A COD order you cannot reach is a parcel that comes back.
Same phone, several orders
Duplicate or prank orders often reuse one number.
Short or empty address
"abc" or a city name alone usually means a fake or careless order.
Odd names and unusual totals
Names with digits or one letter, and orders far above your usual basket.
Why not the WhatsApp API? API apps send automatically but cost $5 to $10 a month plus Meta's message fees, need a separate business number, and are mostly for Shopify. ConfirmKaro uses your own WhatsApp, so it is free and works for any store. It suits sellers with up to a few dozen COD orders a day.

Is it really free?
Yes. There is no account and no limit. It runs entirely in your browser.
Do you see my orders or my customers' numbers?
No. The file is read by your own browser and never uploaded. Statuses and your wording are saved in your browser's local storage on this device.
Will WhatsApp ban my number?
You send each message yourself to a customer who just ordered from you, which is normal business messaging. Sending large numbers of identical messages to people who did not contact you is what gets numbers restricted. WhatsApp Business (free app) is a good idea for a shop number.
Which order exports work?
Shopify's orders CSV (several rows per order are merged into one), WooCommerce exports, and any sheet with a header row. If a column is detected wrongly, fix it under "Columns found".
Can I change the message?
Yes, see "Your wording" below the tool. Use {name}, {order}, {items}, {total}, {city}, {address} and {store}.
Is this connected to WhatsApp, Meta or any courier?
No. ConfirmKaro is an independent free tool. It opens ordinary wa.me chat links in your own WhatsApp.
