Track COD order confirmations with WhatsApp Business labels
The free WhatsApp Business app lets you tag chats with coloured labels. For a COD seller, four labels turn the chat list into a confirmation queue.
Labels to create

In WhatsApp Business: open a chat, tap the menu, choose Label chat, and create the labels the first time. You can then filter the chat list by label.
Keep labels and orders in sync
Labels live only in WhatsApp, so the order list and the chat list drift apart.
