Confirm Shopify COD orders on WhatsApp for free
Shopify apps for WhatsApp COD confirmation cost a monthly fee. If your store gets up to a few dozen orders a day, you can confirm them from your own WhatsApp for free in about a minute per batch.
Export the orders
- In Shopify admin, open Orders and filter to unfulfilled orders (and payment method Cash on Delivery if you also take card payments).
- Select the orders, choose Export, pick "Selected orders" and "CSV for Excel, Numbers, or other spreadsheet programs".
- Shopify emails or downloads the CSV. It has one row per item, so an order with three items has three rows.
Turn them into WhatsApp messages
Drop the CSV into ConfirmKaro. It merges the item rows into one order, takes the name, phone, total, city and address from the Shipping columns, and builds a confirmation message in Roman Urdu, Urdu or English. Each order gets a "Send on WhatsApp" button that opens your WhatsApp with the message typed.
If the phone column is empty, your checkout may not ask for a phone. In Shopify, open Settings, Checkout and make the shipping address phone number required.
After the replies
- Mark 1s as Confirmed and 2s as Cancelled. Statuses are saved in your browser.
- Send the reminder to no-replies the next day, then cancel the silent ones in Shopify.
- Download confirmed orders as a CSV for your courier's bulk booking, then fulfil them in Shopify.
- Tip: tag the confirmed orders in Shopify (for example "confirmed") so your team knows which to pack.
Do this for every order in one go. ConfirmKaro takes your Shopify, WooCommerce or Google Sheet orders and makes one ready WhatsApp message per order in Roman Urdu, Urdu or English, with fake-order flags and a confirmed-orders CSV for your courier. Free, nothing uploaded.
