Confirming Instagram and Facebook DM orders before you book the courier
Most Instagram and Facebook sellers take orders in DMs: the customer sends a screenshot, a name, a number and an address. Before booking a COD parcel, send one clear WhatsApp message that repeats the order and the cash amount and asks for a 1 or 2 reply.
What to collect in the DM
- Full name, as it should appear on the parcel.
- WhatsApp number (03xx xxxxxxx).
- Complete address: house number, street, area, city, and a nearby landmark.
- Exact item: product name, colour, size, quantity.
The confirmation message
Roman Urdu
English
Do it in ten seconds per order
Open ConfirmKaro on your phone and choose One order (Instagram or Facebook DM). Type the name, number, items, total, city and address; the message is written for you in Roman Urdu, Urdu or English, and the button opens WhatsApp with it ready. The number is converted to the format WhatsApp needs, and you are warned if it looks wrong.
If you keep your DM orders in a Google Sheet, copy the rows with the header line and paste them into the tool to message the whole day's orders one after another.
After the reply
- 1: book the parcel.
- 2: thank them and cancel.
- No reply in 12 to 24 hours: send one reminder, then cancel.
Do this for every order in one go. ConfirmKaro takes your Shopify, WooCommerce or Google Sheet orders and makes one ready WhatsApp message per order in Roman Urdu, Urdu or English, with fake-order flags and a confirmed-orders CSV for your courier. Free, nothing uploaded.
